We are currently looking for a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to work alongside an Executive Chef, developing menus and ongoing training of the kitchen team. The applicant must be passionate about Japanese Asian Fusion food in order to join the Navana team; a fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea broadway.

We deliver a refined Japanese-fusion cuisine at impeccable standards; we need an ambitious, career-focused Head Chef who is creative, whilst using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and emphasis on local produce. They will be organised, well presented with a good work ethic, nurturing a no-shout attitude within the kitchen.

What we offer:
→ Salary of between £25,000 to £32,000.

Requirements:
→ At least 2-years previous experience as a Head Chef.
→ Required licence or certification in Food Hygiene.
→ Excellent knowledge of Food Hygeine and Health & Safety.
→ Outstanding attention to detail.
→ Superior knife skills with an eye for artistic balance.
→ Interest in modern and molecular techniques.
→ Ability to work a full-time schedule in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Ability to manage a kitchen team on a day-to-day basis.

Additional Information:
→ The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
→ Located close to Chalkwell Station, just 40 minutes outside of London via train.

We deliver a refined Japanese-fusion cuisine at impeccable standards; we need an ambitious, career-focused Chef who is experienced in hand-rolled sushi, whilst using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and emphasis on local produce.

We are currently looking for Senior Sous Chef that is passionate about Japanese Asian Fusion food to join the Navana team; a fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea broadway.

We deliver a refined Japanese-fusion cuisine at impeccable standards; we need an ambitious, career-focused Chef who is with an outstanding attention to detail, whilst using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and emphasis on local produce. The Senior Sous Chef will be, along with the Head Chef, responsible for the whole kitchen and will have some input into menu design and development.
